This circular will focus on the Low Water Level Alarm System of water storage tanks. Here is some crucial information for MCSTs, Town Councils, and building owners to note: 

• Maintenance personnel or crews are required to ensure the continuous functionality of the Low Water Level Alarm system. 

• They should respond promptly to all Low Water Level alerts or water interruptions and, if necessary, provide temporary water supply to affected customers. 

• Additionally, it is recommended to set a higher water level threshold to allow for a longer response time before the water tanks run dry.
